This policy describes how Onceday handles information. It reflects the app's local-first design.
What we collect
Onceday does not collect personal information. There is no account or sign-in, and the app does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs that profile you.
Your content
Journal text, photos, audio, moods, tags, places, people, and generated insights are stored on your device. They are not sent to us. Archive Integrity and Continuity Map run locally. If you choose to export, back up, or share content, that action is initiated by you through standard system features such as the share sheet.
Archive Integrity reports
An exported integrity report contains dates and counts used to describe possible archive issues. It excludes journal text, photos, and audio. The app does not transmit the report to the developer.
Diagnostics
Apple may provide the developer with aggregate, anonymized crash and usage statistics through App Store Connect if you have opted in to share analytics with app developers in your device settings. This data is not personally identifying and is controlled by your iOS settings.
Children
Onceday is a general-audience app and does not knowingly collect information from children.
